Hahaha, yes it's an actual website. If you keep up with Conan O'Brien (and you know I do), he had a skit about a manatee webcam and said "there's more at www.hornymanatee.com." Since it wasn't an actual website, NBC had to buy the website because the law goes, if you mention a fake website, you have to buy it.
So, for $159, NBC invested into hornymanatee.com for 10 years.
I think that law is really dumb, but it works so well for Conan.

yes. if you say the name of a fake web address, by law you have to buy the rights to that website. I have no idea why that is, but I think it's kind of dumb. Like many laws in this country
